PAD THAI-fried rice noodles with egg, tamarind-based sauce, and a balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. Includes bean sprouts, scallions, and crushed peanuts. Choice of chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, or tofu. Served with lime and optional chili flakes.

FRIED RICE WOK-tossed jasmine rice with egg, carrots, peas, and onions, seasoned with soy and a hint of garlic. Choice of chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, or tofu. Garnished with scallions and a lime wedge; add fresh basil or chili sauce on request.
